How TheGrid@CG works
At TheGrid@CG, you’ll have an in depth 2 week induction and spend 6 weeks working in each department to gain a full understanding of how our business works.
And because you’ll be earning at the same time, there’s zero risk. What’s more, we’ll even give you full access to our brilliant intranet that’s loaded with career resources and other good stuff.
Then we’ll decide if Convergence is right for you and place you in a department that suits your skills.
