We’re led by a senior team with enormous experience and a proven record of success across each of the areas we work in - and beyond. We’re proud of the depth and dynamics of our leadership, and we think we’ve created exactly the right mix of skills to take our business far into the future.
After spending almost two decades working for some of the biggest names in telecommunications, Neal's relentless pursuit of service excellence led him to establish Convergence Group - and he remains the major driving force of the business.
The first record Neal bought was Uptown Girl by Billy Joel, he'd be up for keeping a Giraffe as a pet and his favourite day of the week is Friday.
Frankie is relatively new to the tech industry after spending 20 years in retail and hospitality. However, she's certainly not new to Operations and HR, and her experience makes her the perfect choice for our People and Culture Director.
Franki's ideal holiday would be anywhere, anytime in France, she'd time travel back to the '20s if she could because she loves the outfits, and the first record she bought was Wham's Last Christmas.
Adrian has an impressive 17 years behind him as a Finance director, and a further 12 years in finance. With an extensive background working in the IT and services industry it is clear he knows his stuff!
His Favourite superhero is Mr Ben, who he describes as the time travel extraordinaire. When it comes to favourite biscuits it would have to be a bourbon (not to be confused with the alcoholic beverage!)
After 32 years in leisure and hospitality, a career in tech is relatively new venture for Philippa. But with a background in managing pubs, hotels & restaurants, and being involved in the setting up of England Athletics, along with 20 years experience in HR, she’s developed the kind of people skills that would fit in anywhere.
Philippa would time travel back to the 50s,if she could, she just loves the fashion from this time. The first record she bought was Jimmy Osmond’s Long haired lover from Liverpool, (Oh to turn the clock back!) and she’d choose a McVities Digestive from the biscuit box every time.
Wayne’s worked in the telecommunications industry for an outstanding 22 years, being involved in most technologies across a wide variety of sectors and has also been key in delivering innovation allowing business to grow through technology.
His favourite biscuit is a Jaffa cake – which he insists counts as a biscuit – his favourite holiday is the coastal town of Sorrento in southern Italy, and his favourite day of the week is, brace yourself for a shock: Friday!
With over 20 years within the Tech industry, Steven brings a wealth of experience to the team. He has worked all around the world helping companies to develop their product strategy, their go-to-market plan, and to get their message right to maximise their business.
Interestingly, Steven has never met a biscuit he didn’t like. His favourite holiday spot is Greece and if he could travel back in time, he would pop back there with some tech goodies from the future, as he quite likes the idea of being a wizard!
