When the time is right, we will support you in the process of realising your connectivity value, by buying from you the contracted margin for your signed customer base.

Your obligations

To make the partnership work successfully, we’ll need you to comply with the following joint venture principles:
Product and service exclusivity
Full B2B direct sales ownership
Sell a minimum 30% full Connectivity as a Service within the product mix
Operate and trade under your own business trading name i.e. not Convergence Group
Be licensed during the term of the partnership to use the Intellectual Property provided by Convergence Group
All products to be sold as per the Convergence Group operations manual
Customer database is stored as per the operations guide and is the property of Convergence Group
All employees ‘certified’ in Convergence Group products and services
Submit an annual business plan for review and support from the Convergence Group JV team
Maintain full and accurate financial records of the business
