Achievements and Commitments

Our field engineers have or are working towards City & Guilds or equivalent manufacturer industrial qualification and will already have a year or more practical experience in an IT environment and be proficient in installing, configuring and upgrading the desktop / server environment.

They will have working knowledge of one or more of the following:

  • Thorough technical understanding of PC architecture
  • Cisco routers
  • Cisco switches
  • Basic software skills

And be able to troubleshoot issues with products and services on site

Our Systems engineers are, or are working to become CCNA accredited as a minimum, and have two years practical experience in an IT environment.  They can connect and install client software for a variety of networking platforms.

They will have had exposure to and working knowledge of :

  •  Full range of basic Cisco Routers
  •  Full range of basic Cisco Switches
  • Router & Switch Configurations
  • Router & Switch Installations

And be able to troubleshoot issues with products and services on site
