All of the Convergence Group’s support and engineering personnel have to meet minimum skill set standards.

Our helpdesk personnel have a minimum accreditation of Cisco CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) and our Pre-sales engineers are CCDP (Cisco Certified Design Professional) qualified and our third line engineers are CCIE (Cisco Certified Internet Expert) qualified.

Our field based engineers have varying skills and are coordinated accordingly to individual customer solution and requirements.
