

Kitson’s appointment ensures that Convergence Group has an experienced and dedicated manager to head up the technical support team within the business. With over twenty years of industry experience Kitson commented. “The growth of Convergence Group over the last twelve months has meant that the Help Desk and Technical support team have become an extremely crucial part of the business. As we take quality, service and support very seriously, my role will be to ensure that all implementations take place smoothly and that any further technical issues are dealt with as swiftly and efficiently as possible for all our customers”.
In addition to the appointment of Kitson, Julian Fletcher has joined the company with responsibility for high level support and new network design. Fletcher is an important new member of the technical team, further enhancing the extensive network support team already in place, and brings with him fifteen years experience of designing, implementing and maintaining complex enterprise networks.
Fletcher commented, “Our customers rely heavily on the technical expertise that we provide, so I aim to work with them in all areas of network management from complete network design and rollout, QOS design and implementation for VoIP, to Firewall deployment and security handling. My main area of expertise is working with Cisco networks, but whatever technical support our customers require I hope my many years of experience will ensure that all of their expectations are achieved”.
