All Network solutions and services are monitored by Convergence Group management systems. The systems, in place ensure that consistent, regular communication is maintained with all of the network connections and hardware devices.

It is this regular communication that gives us the ability to offer full proactive support resulting in early detection of possible connection and hardware problems.


Monitoring is also a feature of customer interaction with our support personnel. Our customers have the ability to interact with our helpdesk systems that control change requests, performance and service delivery – customers have the ability, in real time, to see how well we are doing as your supplier.
