The internet is a critical business application, an essential business tool.  As such, it needs to be reliable, fast and low cost with solutions flexible enough to suit all customer needs.

Convergence Group’s Internet offer is a managed solution that comes complete with a Cisco router.  We proactively manage it for you, 24 hours a day.  There are a number of options available to customers:

Single Fibre Connection:

We provide a dedicated single leased line connection, giving you permanent, high performance access to the internet.  All access options can be upgraded to a ‘Flex’ service where we provide a bearer with additional scalable capacity.

Access speeds range from 2Mbps to 1Gbps

Two Fibre Connections:

This option provides extra reliability by providing our customers with ‘primary’ and backup leased line connections.  In the event of a problem our two fibre connection package provides an automatic failover to a secondary connection ensuring continued service availability.

Access speeds range from 10Mbps to 1Gbps.

Two Fibre Connections & Two ISPs:

This package offers connectivity to two different Internet Service Providers, removing all possible points of failure.  These connections can also be configured to run in an active/active state meaning that both connections can be used simultaneously.

Access speeds range from 10Mbps to 1Gbps.
