‘national connectivity’ is defined as Network services deployed within the UK and consists of public and private connectivity i.e. Ethernet, MPLS and VPN.

When customer requirements and system specifications have strict performance parameters guaranteed service levels have to be provided. To provide these guaranteed service levels we deploy solutions over infrastructure that is privately owned so it can be controlled and managed carefully.

This control means that critical attributes like latency, packet loss, service availability and Class of Service (CoS) can be managed and enforced.

Such attributes are key in delivering multi-application, business grade networks. Convergence Group typically apply, depending on geographical availability, network based services over M.P.L.S, Next Generation Ethernet (NGE), and VPN. A more recent addition to these technologies is cost efficient broadband CoS services.
