With Telecommunications and data (IP) becoming increasingly integrated the group combines technologies to offer converged solutions that deliver fully managed communication business solutions. The end result being a single supplier who is responsible for all elements of the communications infrastructure, removing ‘grey areas’ and demarcation points.
Company History
Convergence Group was formed in 2003 to offer formal representation for a number of companies who cohesively worked together in delivering customer communications solutions.
Increasingly business customers prefer to reduce the amount of suppliers that they have to deal with. By doing so they eliminate potential problem areas that arise with interoperability of different hardware, software and network suppliers and billing.
By one supplier ‘owning’ all areas of responsibility the customer achieves efficient service and support and has only one interface to communicate with.
The Convergence Group now consists of over 30 business partners and suppliers. The Group of Technology partners represents a turnover in excess of £35 million GBP per annum.
